NEW ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed Monday-Friday are typically processed the same day before 3pm (Central Time). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on the following Monday.
Weight sensative products are calculated on basic weights. Your quoted shipping charges may be subject to change based on the specific weight and delivery location of your products.
Shipping Surcharge: Certain Items such as Booms, Masts, and furling systems due to their size and weight, carry a shipping surcharge if ordered online. Please contact Bahama Rigging for an accurate shipping quote.
Standard shipping is UPS Ground and should arrive within 48 hours of purchase when shipped within the state of Texas. Out of state orders typically take 3-7 business days to arrive. Rush delivery is available at standard UPS pricing. Prices are subject to the date needed, distance being shipped, weight, size and nature of the items being shipping. For international orders email us for a quote on shipping rates. Please include shipping address and an idea of what you want to order so we can give you an accurate estimate.
Bahama rigging keeps a general inventory of one design type boats. If parts are ordered outside of our inventory, availability will be relayed to the customer. If the items are back ordered, the customer will be kept up to date with a time frame.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
The following criteria and conditions apply to all returns and exchanges:
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON DISCOUNTED/ON SALE ITEMS.
Items must be new and unused (please include original packaging and tags with products).
Cut or altered lines and wire rope are not eligible.
Custom and personalized merchandise is not returnable.
Refund returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
Returns will be inspected prior to credit given.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please request a Returns & Exchanges via email with a note of what is going to be exchanged.
If time is a major factor in your exchange, simply pick up the phone and speak with a Bahama Rigging Rep today at (281) 636-7302. We will charge you initially for the merchandise, pick up the outgoing shipping tab (back to you), then credit your account as soon as we receive your exchanged item.
If you don't see what you're looking for online, give us a call - we may have it in our store! If not, we can always special order exactly what you have in mind. If you'd like to exchange your merchandise for a purchase of greater value, be sure to include your credit card information so we can account for the difference. All exchanges accompanied with a receipt within 90 days of purchase will be eligible for a full merchandise credit.
